  • Manage PACFLT inputs into the Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) database; provide system expertise to support reporting, assessment, and planning.
  • Monitor and track subordinate Fleet and adjacent component Operations, Activities, and Investments; assist with synchronization and deconfliction efforts across the theater.
  • Liaise with supported and supporting commands to plan, coordinate, and execute Operations, Activities, and Investments involving COMPACFLT forces.
  • Develop planning documents, AMHS messages, briefing materials, and deployment documentation (including TPFDD support).
  • Provide forward-looking operational planning support for future Joint Task Force efforts.
  • Build decision briefs and informational products for senior leadership, up to and including Flag-level officers.
  • Analyze impacts of deployment delays, maintenance issues, and force management changes on the execution of Operations, Activities, and Investments; recommend mitigations and alternatives.
  • Work with Future Operations team to maintain alignment with Theater objectives despite evolving global operational conditions.
  • Attend and participate in battle rhythm events, meetings, and planning boards.
  • Liaise with external agencies, including DoD entities, intelligence agencies, and contract program offices, on all matters related to Operations, Activities, and Investments.
  • Approximately 20% travel possible, both to Mainland U.S. and Allied and Partner nations, in support of conferences, planning sessions, and exercises.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of U.S. Navy planning experience.
