Job Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations and maintenance of water treatment plants (WTP) and distribution systems in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including CNIC M-5090.1A. Perform operational duties to ensure water quality standards are met and systems operate efficiently and effectively. Supervise and coordinate the activities of certified plant operators and technicians. Maintain a current and valid Level III Treatment and Level III Distribution operator certification and comply with professional development requirements to retain certification. Conduct regular inspections and testing of water systems and ensure compliance with required operational and safety standards. Respond to and troubleshoot operational issues, identifying and resolving problems to minimize system downtime.
