Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement a training program structured for compliance with U.S. Navy and Amentum Directives; evaluates, tracks, and documents same.\nSupervises department personnel including scheduling and performance related actions.\nResponds to Emergencies as required, and acts as Hurricane coordinator for WPB reporting and Mass notification via AUDIX.\nCompiles/submits reports as required.\nDevelop/Implement department instructions as required.\nInteract with all levels of management.\nAdministers the Palm Beach International (AUTEC) assigned parking program.\nAssumes duties of the Physical Security Chief in his/her absence.\nActs as Primary Trainer and POC for all training and performance efficiencies pertaining to WPB/ASD Pass & ID functions and responsibilities.\nLenel Administrator for badging and hardware troubleshooting and repair.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Requirements:\nHigh school diploma.\nMinimum 5 years related experience working as a Manager or Supervisor in the Military, Civilian, Industrial Security or comparable environment. \nMeet minimum physical standards which include the ability to perform normal or emergency duties requiring physical exertion such as standing/walking/driving/jumping for extended periods of time. \nExcellent oral and written communications skills.\nExcellent skills or mastery of the MS office suite.\nValid Driver's License is required.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Lenel OnGuard program for badging and hardware troubleshooting.\nAS/AA or higher degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent degree.\n5 years or more of experience working in a government secure environment responsible for the handling and protection of classified assets and media.\nCompensation Details:\n$75,000 - $100,000The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
