Estate (Moor Row), Cumbria we are seeking a Principal CS&A Engineer.\nKey responsibilities\nProvide engineering skills and related project functions for the design, modification, maintenance, and/or construction of buildings, facilities, systems, and associated assets.\n\nLead the delivery of the feasibility study to develop options for Roof Refurbishment aligned with the draft Outline Requirements Specification already provided.\n\nPerform the Role of Lead Engineer on large or complex engineering projects and to manage project activities from a technical perspective.\n\nLead a team of Engineers within the specific discipline and also co-ordinate works with associated cross discipline personnel in the delivery of complex and significantly sized work packages.\n\nProvide feedback and encouragement to engineering team and promote a Professional approach to development and delivery of work packages.\n\nAct as technical authority on complex and high-risk projects\n\nProvide technical governance, reviews and approvals\n\nManage major client relationships and act as trusted advisor\n\nContribute to business strategy, work-winning and proposals\n\nEnsure consistent application of company standards and best practice\n\nRequirements\nAbility to present information in a variety of forms specifically aimed at a target audience.\n\nExtensive post-graduate experience\n\nProven leadership of complex, high-value projects\n\nTrack record of client management and technical leadership\n\nStrong understanding of risk, robustness and structural safety\n\nAbility to innovate and challenge conventional solutions\n\nDegree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or related discipline (or equivalent)\n\nOur Culture\nOur values are built on a strong foundation of safety, integrity, and respect for every individual.
