We’re happy to discuss hybrid, part-time and flexible working hours, patterns and locations to suit you and our business.\nAbout the Role\nAmentum is seeking an experienced Process Supervisor Engineer to provide technical leadership and supervision for water and wastewater treatment projects. The role will support the development and delivery of safe, efficient and sustainable process solutions, ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards and regulatory obligations throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nMust have experience in the water industry\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and supervise process engineering activities across water and wastewater projects.\nDevelop and review process designs, calculations, specifications, PFDs and P&IDs.\nSupport process selection, equipment sizing, hydraulic assessments and treatment performance evaluations.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to process engineers and designers.\nCoordinate process engineering activities with civil, mechanical, electrical, ICA and commissioning teams.\nParticipate in design reviews, HAZOPs, risk assessments and technical workshops.\nSupport construction, commissioning, troubleshooting and performance testing activities.\nEnsure process designs meet safety, environmental, quality and operational requirements.\nLiaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support project delivery.\nEssential Requirements\nQualification in Chemical, Process, Environmental, Water Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.\nStrong experience in water and/or wastewater process engineering.\nProven experience in process design, engineering calculations and technical delivery.\nGood knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and associated equipment.\nExperience supervising engineers and working within multidisciplinary project teams.\nStrong understanding of engineering safety, risk management and quality assurance.\nExcellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.\nOur Culture\nOur values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
