This project provides the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Futures Command, U.S. Special Forces and the U.S. Marine Corps integration of C5ISR operational prototypes onto a range Military Weapon Systems & Platforms (air, ground & sea) as well as performing C5ISR prototyping, integration, and testing support based on Real-World emerging needs of the Warfighter.\nPosition Description\nManage a team of 5-7 procurement specialist\nServe as a technical expert in materiel procurement and acquisition supporting project execution; perform and coordinate administrative, technical, and professional efforts related to ensuring that materials, equipment, and services required are received as required to support mission execution\nProduce and review specifications, solicitations, requests for proposals, sourcing research, proposal review\nEnsure compliance with guidelines, policies, and internal controls. \nWorking knowledge of Costpoint Software.\nWorking knowledge of Onpoint software. \nMust be capable of demonstrating experience in conducting analysis and developing materiel and process solutions. \nProduce and review technical documentation, reports and status updates. \nRecommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency.\nAn active working knowledge of the FAR / DFAR regulations.\nWork in office on base, 3 days a week with staff and customer. (Hybrid position)\nConduct weekly Staff meetings and Monthly MPR’s.\nMinimum Requirements:\nRequires a High School Diploma (preferred BS /BA degree).\n 12 years’ experience (8 or more in the Defense Industry).\n Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance\nDemonstrated experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).\nExperience working within a DoD, government contracting, or defense manufacturing environment.\nExperience managing procurement for technical, engineering, or integration programs.\nProficiency with procurement systems and ERP platforms (e.g., Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or similar).\nKnowledge of supply chain risk management, including vendor vetting, quality reviews, and compliance assurance.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, BOMs, specifications, and engineering documentation.\nExperience developing or reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), RFPs, RFQs, and supplier contracts.\nStrong analytical skills, including ability to perform cost/price analysis or support cost evaluations.\nAbility to travel between APG and JBMDL as required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBS /BA degree\nCompensation Details:\n$120,000 - $145,000The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
