The role provides independent oversight of governance, controls, and compliance activities to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved policies, processes, and standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage the Program Assurance team.\nEstablish, implement, and maintain the program assurance framework and associated assurance activities.\nDevelop and manage assurance and audit plans across the program and its projects.\nConduct audits, reviews, and assurance assessments to evaluate compliance with governance, risk, and control requirements.\nIdentify and document observations, findings, and improvement opportunities arising from assurance activities.\nCommunicate audit and assurance outcomes to project and program leadership.\nMonitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of findings and recommendations.\nProvide independent assurance regarding the effectiveness of project governance, management controls, and delivery processes.\nCollect, analyse, and maintain assurance data, lessons learned, and knowledge to support continual improvement.\nContribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Program Governance function through process improvements and assurance insights.\nEssential Requirements:\nExperience in program assurance, governance, audit, risk management, or project controls.\nStrong understanding of project and program governance frameworks.\nExperience developing and executing assurance or audit programs.\nStrong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAbility to influence
