The role ensures governance frameworks, processes, reporting, and controls are effectively implemented and maintained to support successful project delivery and informed decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform and oversee all governance activities for a project or assigned area.\nEstablish and maintain governance processes, procedures, and reporting requirements.\nCoordinate governance forums, meetings, and decision-making processes.\nEnsure compliance with approved governance frameworks, policies, and standards.\nManage project governance documentation, including plans, registers, actions, and decision logs.\nMonitor and report on governance performance, risks, issues, and key actions.\nSupport the preparation of governance reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for stakeholders and leadership.\nFacilitate the escalation and resolution of governance-related issues.\nWork closely with project teams to ensure governance obligations are understood and met.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve governance processes and practices.\nEssential Requirements:\nExperience in project governance, PMO, program management, or a related discipline.\nStrong understanding of governance frameworks and project delivery environments.\nExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and governance/reporting tools.\nRequired Security Clearance Level: NV1\nLocation:
