Our commitments are underpinned by the belief that safety, collaboration and well-being are integral to success.\nAmentum is currently seeking a Program Quality Control Analyst to support a government contract based in Jacksonville, Florida at Mayport.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Program Quality Control Analyst performs Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS). The QMS provides the governing processes and controls for our personnel to successfully execute the diverse and complex scope of the MBOS1 work requirements.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPrepare. manage, and implement the MBOS1 Quality Management System (QMS) and inspect work for quality workmanship and consistency with task requirements.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nAccurate documentation of work processes. procedures. and output measures.\nA systematic procedure for assessing compliance with performance objectives and standards.\nAccurate documentation of quality inspections conducted throughout the execution of work.\nAssessment-driven corrective actions and process adjustments in a timely manner.\nDocument any non-conformance or corrective action that has occurred and follow through to end results.\nAssist with the development of audit schedules and checklist.\nPerform routine Quality audits on MBOS1 work and processes.\nPerform final system walk downs for completion and generate punch list as needed.\nMaintain the Quality Inspection and Surveillance Report.\nPrepare and submit the Quality Inspection and Surveillance Report as required. This report shall include the summary and results of the quality inspection and surveillance events performed and assessment-driven corrective actions and process adjustments during the previous month.\nCommunicate with Navy Contract Monitors on a regular basis to understand and discuss concerns and issues associated with performance of contract.\nEnsures that all applicable quality issues associated with MBOS contract are correct to meet contract requirements.\nPerform other duties as requested.\nQUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nFive (5) years’ experience in project coordination.\nAbility to understand relationship between QA/QC activities and contract performance.\nAbility to work with personnel at all levels to effectively and efficiently implement the Program QC Plan.\nProficient in Microsoft Office software.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
