The PM ensures oversight of all work requirements to ensure professional and quality services are provided to the Customer in accordance with PWS requirements, while maintaining safety as the highest priority. The PM will have full authority to act for the Company on all contract matters relating to the contract and be the central point of contact with the Government for the performance of all work under this contract.\nThe PM will be available within 1 hour to meet on the installation with Government personnel as required.\nAdditional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nOversee port operations, facilities support, utility management, electrical, transportation and other areas as designated within the PWS / SOW. Oversight will include but not be limited to scheduling of personnel / work supervision/ quality control; equipment maintenance and repair and other duties assigned by program leadership to meet PWS and company requirements and standards.\nMonitoring cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs.\nRecommend, develop, implement, and enforce procedures/programs to increase efficiency and improve cost effectiveness to the program.\nEnsuring adherence to company policies and government regulations.\nDesignated POC in direct oversight and subcontractor management.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nFive years of experience in managing a workforce, providing services on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity. Specifics follow:\nMost of the 5 years should be as the highest-level P&L responsible manager/Director leading a team of 600-1,000 employees\nScope is a multi-function BOS contract, which includes facility management, engineering, vehicle maintenance, and mission -support functions\nScale includes a contract that varies from $120M to $175M per year of revenue, including significant project work beyond the daily core activities\nExperience directing a unionized workforce is required\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nPrevious supervisory experience in an OCONUS environment\nValid US or local driver's license and US passport.\nMust have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.\nAbility to successfully pass medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment.\nEDUCATION\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration / Management, based on a four-year course of study from a US or UK accredited college or university or equivalent institution.\nOTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules and under pressure of deadlines while maintaining performance standards.\nStrong analytical capabilities with respect to metrics and process improvement.\nWORKING AND LIVING CONDITIONS\nThis position is located in a remote environment with potentially challenging working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly exposed to tropical island environments with high humidity, heavy rainfall, and intense heat. Temperatures can range from 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit (27-32 degrees Celsius) with extremely high humidity levels year-round. Employees must be prepared to work in these environmental conditions, often outdoors, and potentially during inclement weather, such as tropical storms or heightened wind conditions.\nWork schedules typically consist of a minimum of 6 days per week and 12 hours per day. Employees must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, which may include heavy lifting and moving items, parts, assemblies, and equipment (up to the maximum allowed by safety regulations); climbing in and out of vehicles or equipment; crawling; and working outdoors for extended periods. This includes the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds of personal protective equipment (PPE) for prolonged periods as required.\nOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES\nSafety - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
