Position is located in the Northern Virginia area.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide full lifecycle leadership of contract operations, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance.\nServe as the lead liaison with government stakeholders, delivering clear communication, updates, and reporting.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP) including staffing, communications, quality control, and business processes.\nLead preparation for and participation in technical meetings, reviews, and senior-level briefings.\nOversee monthly status reporting, including performance metrics, financial analysis, forecasting, staffing, and risk tracking.\nManage program finances including burn rates, spend plans, EACs, and funding impact assessments.\nLead Transition-In and Transition-Out activities ensuring no loss of mission continuity.\nRecruit, retain, and manage highly skilled personnel including pipeline development for surge and replacement needs.\nOversee onboarding, training, personnel evaluations, and administrative management.\nImplement quality assurance processes ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant deliverables.\nFoster cross-functional integration across technical, operational, analytical, and planning elements.\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster’s degree OR bachelor’s degree with at least five (5) years of relevant experience.\nMinimum five (5) years supporting defense, national security, or intelligence community missions.\nPMP or DAWIA Level III Program Management certification.\nDemonstrated success managing complex programs with diverse technical and operational requirements, both CONUS and OCONUS.\nStrong communication skills including executive-level briefing experience.\nExperience leading teams, managing staffing plans, and developing recruiting pipelines.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting missions involving WMD, CWMD, irregular warfare, or specialized operational planning.\nFamiliarity with government contracting, CDRLs, quality systems, and program reporting.\nExperience supporting military, SOF, interagency, or compartmented operations.\nProficiency with program financial management and analytics.\nCompensation Details:\n$150,000 - $225,000The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
