(PEJ), which is the state-owned entity responsible for delivering Poland’s first nuclear power programme.\nWe are looking for a proactive and well-organised Project Manager to join our team in Warsaw and support the delivery of complex engineering and technical projects.\nIn this role, you will take ownership of assigned projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project performance and ensuring successful delivery in line with contractual requirements, agreed schedules, budgets and quality standards.\nYou will work closely with technical specialists, project controls teams and client, e.p.c. contractors representatives, contributing to effective project execution and strong client relationships.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with safety, agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules and baselines, working closely with Technical Leads and Project Controls teams.\nMonitor project performance, identify potential issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.\nManage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.\nIdentify, assess and manage project risks and opportunities, maintaining appropriate registers and mitigation plans.\nManage project changes, including the assessment of impacts on scope, cost and schedule.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration across project stakeholders.\nPlan and manage project resources in collaboration with technical and functional leads.\nMaintain effective relationships with clients, providing regular progress updates and supporting the resolution of project-related matters.\nPrepare and coordinate project reporting, including weekly and monthly progress reports.\nSupport the preparation of proposals, tenders and commercial documentation as required.\nEnsure compliance with Amentum project governance, contractual obligations, quality requirements and applicable health, safety and environmental standards.\nQualifications and Experience\nDegree in engineering, project management, business or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.\nMinimum 8 years of demonstrable experience in similar role within an engineering, technical or infrastructure project environment.\nHave an understanding and knowledge of engineering, design, procurement, safety case, construction and installation/commissioning management and commercial contracting.\nGood understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, cost, risk and change management.\nExperience in project planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.\nAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.\nStrong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.\nProactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership and work independently.\nFluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.\nExperience working in a consultancy or client-facing environment.\nGood knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.\nAbility to work from our Warsaw office.\nWe offer\nInternational working environment and unique company culture fostering individual career growth and work-life balance\nPersonal development opportunities and training in industry-leading tools\nFriendly and supportive team atmosphere\nParticipation in global projects and process improvements\nFull-time employment contract with competitive salary\nBenefits package including medical care, life insurance, My Benefit cafeteria with co-financing for sports activities, employee wellbeing support program\nFlexible working hours (start between 8:00-9:30)\nShort Fridays (Monday to Thursday we work 8,5h.
