The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting procurement operations by coordinating purchasing activities for facility, logistics, and operational requirements. This position ensures timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and applicable government standards.\nJob Responsibilities:\nCoordinate purchasing activities in support of facility, logistics, and operational requirements.\nPrepare purchase requisitions and obtain competitive vendor quotations.\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, contract requirements, and purchasing procedures.\nTrack purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor performance to ensure timely fulfillment.\nMaintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, logs, and reports in accordance with company and government standards.\nAssist with inventory management, material forecasting, and supply reconciliation.\nCommunicate with vendors, internal departments, and leadership to resolve purchasing discrepancies, delays, and delivery issues.\nSupport audits, reporting requirements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with the nature and level of the position.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nEducation or training in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.\nOne (1) to three (3) years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative support.\nMust be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.\nPassport must be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.\nAbility to obtain country-specific visas per the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.\nAbility to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance throughout the duration of deployment.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. \nEmployees must read, speak, and comprehend English to the extent that they can perform the contract requirements and comply with installation emergency procedures.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience working in an austere OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) environment with a multi-national workforce\nA valid driver’s license to legally operate a motor vehicle. Employees may work in office, industrial, warehouse, port, airfield, and outdoor environments and may be exposed to high temperatures, humidity, inclement weather, noise, dust, and uneven terrain. Work schedules may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on operational requirements.\nPhysical Requirements\nRequirements may include prolonged sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
