This position is critical for maintaining quality standards, inspecting performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nQuality Assurance Oversight:\nEnforcing the Contractor’s QMS on all facets of the project to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.\nConducting quality audits, inspections, and reviews during daily operations to evaluate the quality of work performed.\nMonitoring and documenting all work activities during the Government’s regular working hours to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.\nCoordinating directly with the Quality Manager and ensuring independence from the Project Manager for reporting and oversight duties.\nInspection and Documentation:\nPerforming inspections of completed and ongoing work to confirm that it meets all specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards.\nEnsuring the personnel carrying out inspections have the technical expertise and knowledge required for the work being inspected.\nMaintaining detailed and accurate records of inspections, audits, and findings, and preparing reports for submission to the Quality Manager.\nCompliance and Training:\nEnsuring compliance with documented quality processes, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.\nCollaborating with personnel to identify and address nonconformities, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of quality issues.\nParticipating in training and development initiatives to keep up-to-date with industry best practices, technical methods, and QMS compliance standards.\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or QA-related certifications are an advantage.\nAt least three (3) years of experience in enforcing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in environments similar to the scope and size of the project.\nDemonstrated qualifications, technical knowledge, and experience requirements equal to or exceeding those of the personnel performing the work being inspected.\nIn-depth knowledge of quality assurance/inspection processes and compliance systems.\nExcellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and quality audits.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams, prepare detailed reports, and present findings.\nAbility to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance for the duration of deployment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience in an austere OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) environment with a multi-national workforce.\nValid country driver's license.\nCountry visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide).\nExperience working on quality standards in government, military, or industrial projects.\nAdvanced knowledge of QMS and auditing procedures, including certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.\nEmployees must read, speak, and comprehend English to the extent that they can perform the contract requirements and comply with installation emergency procedures.\nPassport must be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.\nAbility to obtain country-specific visas per the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.\nAbility to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance throughout the duration of deployment.\n\nOther Responsibilities\nSafety\nAmentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment. Employees may work in office, industrial, warehouse, port, airfield, and outdoor environments and may be exposed to high temperatures, humidity, inclement weather, noise, dust, and uneven terrain. Work schedules may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on operational requirements.\nPhysical Requirements\nRequirements may include prolonged sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
