The Directorate of Capability Management (DACM) manages the IIS and sustainment of these platforms, with support from project delivery teams and product management teams inside Army Aviation Systems Branch. \nFor IIS platforms, DACM has an oversight and management remit to deliver capability in accordance with IIS Plans and Capability Realisation Plans (CRP). For the purposes of IIS of AH-64E Apache, DACM is seeking to establish a Capability Implementation Team (CIT), under direction of the SO1 Attack Helicopters, to manage all aspects of capability implementation and CRP milestone achievement. The CIT is required to manage daily capability issues, while leading development and execution of the Apache CRP.\nTasks\nAssist the SO1 Attack Helicopters with execution of the AH-64E CRP, including but not limited to:\n- Conduct project management and general oversight tasks, maintaining the CIT schedule and capability documentation update cycle\n- Liaise with CASG Project Office staff and Operational Unit personnel, including working on cross-department teams for working groups and document development\n- Manage test and evaluation (T&E) planning, assisting the CASG T&E manager and the T&E organisations to enable conduct and review of T&E activities through to T&E review committees and execution of identified action items and recommendations from T&E campaigns\n- Assist with development of maritime role expansion requirements and activity coordination with RAN organisations\n- Coordinate submission of evidence packs for milestone achievements and removal of operational limitations\n- Assist the SO2 with coordination of routine capability governance boards\nThe position will be required to represent the CIT at multiple forums and working groups, providing capability management guidance and intent to stakeholders in the absence of the SO1 or SO2. Tasking will often be dynamic, responding to short notice issues while managing long-term deliverables. The SO1 AH also manages ARH Tiger, and members of the CIT will occasionally be required to assist with tasks for the ARH platform\nEssential Requirements:\nCanberra located (Fairbairn)\nSecurity Clearance: minimum NV1, Australian citizenship required.
