Hired applicants will be able to purchase company stock.\n\nThe base salary range for this position is $97,600 to $159,735. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, for “remote” positions, salary to be offered is geographic dependent. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.\n\nQualifications\nMust have experience in a project delivery and people management role\n\nMust demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of related project delivery disciplines associated with nuclear facility infrastructure\n\nMust be a self-starter, able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple levels and reporting lines\n\nMust have strong relationship management, facilitation and consulting skills\n\nDemonstrated experience / knowledge of the Engineering Design Process (control of design inputs and verification/validation of outputs)\n\nIf a clearance or the requirement to get a clearance is required, you will be notified\n\nExperienced and has an advanced level of specialized engineering knowledge in change management (or has experience in leading a change control process depending on the level you’re looking for.\n\nAppropriate combination of education, experience, and competency:\n\nExperience with the Management of Contracts and SOW requirements\n\nExperienced in maintaining a comprehensive requirements management system or a particular Requirements Management Tool.\n\nExperienced and fully versed in writing and reviewing of technical quality documentation.\n\nFully versed in safety and operational requirements, from initial design to final implementation, by managing requirements, conducting analyses, and verifying compliance.\n\nFully versed in industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.\n\nCandidate to have knowledge/experience with DOE orders, standards, and guidelines pertaining to requirements management and/or the establishment of requirements on DOE projects like:DOE-STD-3009, DOE-STD-3024, DOE-STD-1189, DOE-STD-1073, DOE O 413.3, DOE O 420.1B\n\nPreferred qualifications\nCompensation Details:\n$97,600 to $159,735The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
