As part of the consortium, a Transverse management team including consortium and functional leaders act as one for all consortium partners facing the client. We are seeking a talented Risk Manager to join the consortium team and support one of our major delivery programmes.\nReporting to the consortium Project Controls Manager, and line managed by the Amentum consortium lead, you will play a key role in implementing and improving risk management processes, supporting teams to identify, assess, analyse and manage risks effectively. You will contribute to risk reporting, facilitate workshops, deliver quantitative risk assessments, and provide valuable insights to support project performance and decision-making. The role will both internal and external (client) facing.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the delivery of Integrated Project Controls (Risk) processes.\nFacilitate risk workshops and engage stakeholders across project and corporate functions.\nDevelop and maintain Quantitative Risk Analyses (Cost and Schedule QRAs).\nSupport Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates and Enterprise Risk Reporting (ERR).\nProduce risk dashboards, performance reports and risk insights.\nDeputise for the Senior Risk Manager at key programme meetings when required.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of risk management practices.\nHere's What You'll Need:\nExperience in risk management within large, complex projects or programmes.\nStrong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.\nProven capability in Cost and Schedule Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA).\nAbility to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.\nExcellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.\nDesirable:\nExperience in project controls and project management disciplines.\nMajor infrastructure, energy, construction, engineering or capital project experience.\nProfessional qualifications in Risk Management, Project Management or related disciplines.\nExperience within client, contractor, consultancy or government environments.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to influence the successful delivery of a nationally significant project while developing your career within a high-performing Project Controls team.\nOur Culture\nOur values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
