We’re happy to discuss hybrid, part-time and flexible working hours, patterns and locations to suit you and our business.\nAbout the Role\nAmentum is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle, from design and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover while managing risk, commercial performance and client satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.\nManage programme, cost, risk, change control, commercial performance and stakeholder engagement.\nCoordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.\nBuild strong client, contractor and supply chain relationships.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality and governance requirements.\nProvide project performance reporting and resolve complex delivery issues.\nSupport business development, tendering activities and mentor junior project managers.\nEssential Requirements\nSignificant, demonstrable experience managing projects within the UK water industry (essential).\nStrong track record delivering complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.\nExperience across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover phases.\nProven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.\nStrong commercial, financial, risk and programme management expertise.\nExcellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nThorough understanding of health, safety, environmental and quality requirements within infrastructure delivery.\nOur Culture\nOur values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
