We are seeking an experienced PMO Senior Risk Manager to join our Project Controls team and play a leading role in managing and enhancing risk management practices across the Sizewell C programme.\nReporting to the Head of Delivery Risk, you will support the ownership, deployment and continuous improvement of PMO risk processes, ensuring effective governance, reporting and assurance across multiple delivery programmes. You will also deputise for the Head of Delivery Risk when required and provide leadership to risk professionals across the project.\nThis role is ideal for a risk management expert with experience of major projects who can combine technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking to drive successful project outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport and deputise for the Head of Delivery Risk across project-wide risk management activities.\nDevelop, implement and maintain integrated risk management processes, procedures, tools and assurance frameworks.\nLead risk management support for multiple project functions and cross-programme initiatives.\nCoordinate key risk activities including Executive Risk Reviews (ERRs), Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates and Integrated Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRAs).\nDeliver and assure complex Cost, Schedule and Integrated QRAs.\nFacilitate risk identification, assessment and mitigation workshops with stakeholders at all levels.\nProduce and review risk dashboards, performance reports and management insights to support decision-making.\nDrive continuous improvement and innovation within Project Controls, supporting a \"Digital by Default\" approach.\nPromote best practice risk management across the organisation and represent Sizewell C within the wider industry.\nHere's What You'll Need\nYou will be a highly experienced risk management professional with a proven track record in major infrastructure, construction, energy or complex programme environments.\nEssential Skills & Experience:\nSignificant experience in risk management across large-scale programmes and projects.\nStrong leadership skills with experience leading teams and deputising for senior managers.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels of an organisation.\nAdvanced facilitation skills and experience leading complex risk workshops.\nStrong technical expertise in: Cost Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA), Schedule QRA, Integrated QRA & Enterprise Risk Management\nDeep understanding of project controls, programme management and project delivery processes.\nStrong mitigation planning and risk response management capabilities.\nExperience working across client, contractor, consultancy or government environments.\nExcellent analytical, communication and reporting skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex project environment.\nOur Culture\nOur values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
