This is a casual/on call position.\nCompensation: $28.00/ hour (SCA position)\n*This is an hourly, overtime-eligible position that falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA). In accordance with the Health and Welfare provisions of the SCA, and in addition to your base hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive an additional health and welfare payment for each hour you work to ensure compliance with the minimums set forth by the act. The amount you are entitled to receive will vary depending upon the fringe benefits you select now and in the future.\nOn call employees are eligible for retirement savings plan (401k) and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).\nResponsibilities\nSupervises staff consisting of Biometrics Technician(s) (BT), Receptionistand/or Tiger Team BTs, if assigned.\n\nReports directly to Regional and/or Deputy Regional Manager.\n\nSupervises the day-to-day duties of the ASC, including administration, property control, logistics,facility maintenance, safety, security, customer service, daily production and staffing as required by the contract.\n\nOversees and monitorsall Biometrics capture, IDP, and Biometrics processes by observation and/or participation.\n\nManages staff scheduling to maximize the ASC’s designated capacity.\n\nPrepares and submitstimelyand accuratereports to the PMO. This includes the Weekly Production Report and Customer Service Reporting (Management Control System), employee timesheets, training records and evaluations, quarterly inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFP), Application Support CenterIncident Reports(AIR), and other documents as may be necessary or requested.\n\nConducts training for all new ASC personnel using the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and other training tools and documentation.\n\nProvides leadership, guidance, motivationand career development assistanceto ASC employees.\n\nEnsures adherence to company and Program workplace policies. Utilizes an EmployeeContact Record to conduct periodic counseling and coordinates with Regional Management and PMO HR on resolution of personnel behavior or performance issues.\n\nMaintains close coordination with the Regional Managers and Operations Coordinator.\n\nMaintains a professional and cooperative relationship with the USCIS Manager and all other USCIS personnel.\n\nMay perform IDP duties if assigned, after receiving Final Suitability Clearance and completing training.\n\nPerforms Biometrics Technician, Receptionist, and IDP functions as needed.\n\nAble to perform all reception and administrative duties of the Receptionist andmay act as a substitute for the Receptionist.\n\nMaintains the necessary supply levels and manages supply costs for the efficient and continuous operation of the ASC.\n\nMaintains all documents and records requiredfor the administration of the ASC.\n\nSubmits timelyrecruiting and employment documents as required.\n\nPerforms other related duties as assigned or requested.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n\nMust be able to obtain and maintainfacility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is requiredfor facility credentials/authorization at this work location.\n\n2-3 years of relevant experience such as customer service, administrative supportor call center with at least 1yearof experience in a supervisory roleor a minimum of 1year experience at an Applicant Support Center.\n\nAll requirements will have the Site Supervisor standing or walking 70% to 75% of each shift while engaged in repetitive motions while performing all assigned duties.\n\nMust successfully complete all required training upon being hired.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nValid Driver’s License as there may be requirements for mobile routes.\n\nCompensation Details:\n$28.00The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
