This includes the Weekly Production Report and Customer Service Reporting (Management Control System), employee timesheets, training records and evaluations, quarterly inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFP), Application Support Center Incident Reports (AIR), and other documents as may be necessary or requested.\nConducts training for all new ASC personnel using the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and other training tools and documentation.\nProvides leadership, guidance, motivation and career development assistance to ASC employees. \nEnsures adherence to company and Program workplace policies. Utilizes an Employee Contact Record to conduct periodic counseling and coordinates with Regional Management and PMO HR on resolution of personnel behavior or performance issues.\nMaintains close coordination with the Regional Managers and Operations Coordinator.\nMaintains a professional and cooperative relationship with the USCIS Manager and all other USCIS personnel.\nMay perform IDP duties if assigned, after receiving Final Suitability Clearance and completing training. \nPerforms Biometrics Technician, Receptionist, and IDP functions as needed. \nAble to perform all reception and administrative duties of the Receptionist and may act as a substitute for the Receptionist.\nMaintains the necessary supply levels and manages supply costs for the efficient and continuous operation of the ASC.\nMaintains all documents and records required for the administration of the ASC.\nSubmits timely recruiting and employment documents as required.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned or requested.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.\n2-3 years of relevant experience such as customer service, administrative support or call center with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or a minimum of 1 year experience at an Applicant Support Center.\nAll requirements will have the Site Supervisor standing or walking 70% to 75% of each shift while engaged in repetitive motions while performing all assigned duties.\nMust successfully complete all required training upon being hired.\nPreferred Qualifications\nValid Driver’s License as there may be requirements for mobile routes.\nCompensation Details:\n$22.86The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
