Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.\nProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.\nProvide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.\nProvide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.\nProvide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process.\nConfigure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.\nManage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems\nProvide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems\nProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.\nOptimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning\nProvide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems\nProvide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets\nClearance Required:\nTS/SCI Poly\nMinimum Education:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT Engineering or related field is required.\nIn lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) additional years of work-related experience may be substituted for a total of fourteen (14) years.\nMinimum Years of Experience:\nTen (10) years’ experience as a SA on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.\nBachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.\nIn lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a total of fourteen (14) years of experience.\nExperience with Linux and Networking.\nundefined\nRequired Certifications:\nCompliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level I is required.\nThis position is not designated as a safety sensitive position.\nAs part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, Amentum is a drug-free workplace and requires all personnel to comply with company drug and alcohol policies as a condition of employment.
