We’re seeking experienced NV1 cleared Systems Engineers to provide support to these high frequency sensing capability export activities. Working with Systems Engineering leads, you will provide engineering support, design assurance, integration and T&E.\nThese roles offer generous training and development opportunities as well as other benefits including subsidised parking, flexible working and different leave arrangements including paid parental, study, reserve and volunteer leave.\nTasks\nInfluence high frequency radar specialty engineering practices\nDevelop, review, negotiate export artifacts and associated technical specifications and capability lifecycle documents\nProvide input to the technical architecture and design of export artifacts\nSupport high frequency radar specialty and V&V programs to satisfy contractual obligations of high frequency radar systems designs and functional performance requirements\nCollaborate with high frequency radar engineering contractors and other critical stakeholders\nIdentify risk mitigation and advise on design reviews and technical program planning\nSupport development and maintenance of test plans and procedures\nEssential Requirements\nTertiary qualifications in Engineering or equivalent suitable to qualify for membership of Engineers Australia\nExperience in high frequency radar or radio systems\nDemonstrated expert understanding of engineering methods, design and \ndevelopment\nDemonstrated experience in Systems Engineering and developing complex hardware intensive systems\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nProcess orientated with good attention to detail \nAustralian citizenship & an NV1 clearance as a
