As such, duties will include but will not be limited to:\nOverall maintenance and support of the CRT RelOne instance\nMonitor compliance with JMD, Relativity and other system requirements\nTroubleshoot local and remote user access\nConfigure database set-up and design\nAssist with high level database design\nCoordinate end user support\nAssist in evaluations of new technologies\nManage technical risks for CRT database environment\nLead technical support to generate outgoing productions including, but limited to, QC of coding fields to ensure technical specifications are met, generate privilege logs\nCollaborate with litigation teams to create high level search strategies\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMust be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization.Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location.\n100% in office position.\nMinimum 3 years’ hands-on experience, candidates must demonstrate substantial, in-depth skills and experience specific to the requirements of the system: Relativity.\nMust have extensive Relativity experience.\nProven ability to assist remote users to access and navigate Relativity workspace\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nManagerial experience\nPreferred:\nUndergraduate degree strongly preferred; preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines.\nGraduate degree in computer science or information management/technology\nExperience in a litigation support environment would be extremely helpful,\nTrial support experience a plus.\nCompensation Details:\n$135,000.00 - $143,000.00The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
