To excel in this role, you must be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of rapidly mastering aspects related to the production and integration of new systems and services.\nWork Schedule: 8 Hours per day, Monday thru Friday\nEssential Responsibilities:\nThe duties and responsibilities of the Technical Project Manager include but are not limited to the following:\nSupport the management of a complex IT engineering project from development through implementation\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of a high-impact technical solution\nAssist in the daily maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule including updating task percent complete, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations\nConduct daily Scrums to track sprint progress and maintain schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones\nIdentify and remove impediments to progress ensuring the team can work efficiently\nTrack and report Work in Progress (WIP) for multiple engineering teams\nAssist with project Risk Management including identifying and reporting risks, determining Probability and Impact, and identifying Mitigation strategies\nCoordinate Sprints and User Stories across engineering teams specializing in:\nNetworking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls)\nServer/Systems (Windows/Linux, virtualization, cloud infrastructure)\nUnified Capabilities (UC) (VoIP, Video conferencing, collaboration tools)\nApply Agile and hybrid project management methodologies to manage deliverables, team performance, and project transparency\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)\nTrack project progress using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and other PM platforms\nPrepare and present project status reports, metrics, and other deliverables to the Program Management Office\nWork Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:\nEmployee will work in a SCIF on a daily basis.\nEmployee may also be required to work in a datacenter environment for specified periods of time.\nMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):\nMust possess a TS security clearance w/ SCI eligibility and be able to obtain SCI prior to starting on contract.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field\n5+ years of experience managing technical IT projects with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\nMust be a subject matter expert (SME) with Microsoft Project\nPMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.\nDemonstrated experience managing projects in:IP networking (e.g., Cisco, Juniper)\nServer/Systems engineering (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, VMware, cloud)\nUnified Capabilities (e.g., Cisco UC, Microsoft Teams, VoIP, video conferencing)\n\nStrong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills\nProven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget in complex, dynamic environments\nAbility to travel up to 10%.\nClearance Required:\nMust have active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility\nMinimum Education:\nBachelor’s degree with 5 years of Technical Project Management experience in Information Technology (IT).
