You'll gain exposure to cost management, procurement, contract administration, change management and commercial reporting while working on major projects.\nYou'll be supported to complete (or continue) a Quantity Surveying degree alongside your role, with increasing responsibility as your skills develop. The position offers a clear pathway to becoming a Quantity Surveyor and achieving professional accreditation\nResponsibilities:\nSupport commercial and quantity surveying activities across live projects.\nAssist with cost management, forecasting, payments and contract administration.\nHelp manage contract changes, Early Warnings and Compensation Events.\nSupport procurement, tendering and bid activities.\nMaintain commercial records, reports and project documentation.\nDevelop knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and commercial processes.\nWork alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers while building your professional expertise.\nHere's What You'll Need\nStrong interest in Quantity Surveying, commercial management or construction.\nGood numerical, analytical and organisational skills.\nStrong communication skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nA proactive approach to learning and professional development.\nWillingness to study towards (or continue) a Quantity Surveying degree alongside the role.\nFlexibility to travel to project locations as required.\nAbility to manage priorities, meet deadlines and seek guidance when required\nOur Culture\nOur values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
