Maintains accountability and maintenance status of all program vehicle assets and Fuels Support Equipment; ensures compliance with the PWS and all applicable contact mandatory document requirements and standards. Determines staffing levels and establishes program reconstitution goals. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS).\nEssential Responsibilities:\nPrimary liaison between customer and company on issues pertaining to managing GPMS vehicles. \nReceives, reviews, and submits PWS deliverables to the customer. \nChannels inputs to PMO in planning, programming, solutions, and execution of the contract. \nEnsures all functional activities are carried out in accordance with customer and company standards as referenced in the PWS to meet contract requirements. \nReviews and validates Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) reports, depot level repair requirements. \nIdentifies and coordinates with various agencies concerning specialized training requirements that must be provided through outside sources. \nEnsures the departments have sufficient staffing to receive, secure, safely store, account for, inventory, deploy, maintain, reconstitute, overhaul, and dispose of assets in accordance with PWS directives. \nManages the MDR, TCTO, Service Bulletin programs to ensure timely compliance. \nProvides inputs for semi-annual Program Status Review (PSR) and Program Management Review (PMR) briefings to Senior Management. \nCommunicates new directives, changes in procedures, special taskings, etc. to site department personnel. \nMonitors all deployment activities to include exercises and war time response in accordance with the PWS. \nCreates, coordinates, implements, and revises Vehicle Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Training Plans, as required in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. \nDevelops, maintains, and/or analyzes achievable metrics, as necessary, for assigned requirements for constant process improvements. \nCoordinates with Quality Control Inspectors in the identification and corrective actions of non-compliance performance. \nSupervises and provides work direction for Fuel Support Equipment (FSE) personnel involved in the periodic maintenance, reconstitution, preservation, inspections, storage, and deployment of all FSE and vehicle assets. Reviews and verifies status of all WRM Fuels Support Equipment \nProvides management reports as required. \nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:\nComprehensive understanding of military vehicle repair procedures and regulations; maintenance analysis activities; contract administration and evaluation; supply; technical order and material deficiency reporting system base supply procedures, training requirements and programs; facility requirements Occupational Safety and Health Standards required. \nMust be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs. \nProficiency with a working knowledge DPAS and related USAF mandatory Vehicles reporting tools and computer systems preferred. \nMust possess a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation driver’s license.\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required\nFour years’ experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.\nNOTE: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.\nContract Requirements in accordance with Appendix J:\nMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance\nCompleted training in Vehicle Maintenance or related field from military technical school or accredited technical school/college/university.\n5 years’ experience as a vehicle maintenance manager or equivalent position. \nWork Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:\nOCONUS: Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally.\nWorks in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.\nWill be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.\nPhysically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.\nOther Responsibilities:\nSafety - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
