The Visual/Photographic Services Supervisor is responsible for managing and executing photography, videography, visual documentation and multimedia support activities. This position provides high quality visual products that support operational, training, and mission requirements while ensuring all imagery and digital assets meet technical, security, and organizational standards.\nJob Responsibilities:\nOversee daily operations of visual media, photographic services, and multimedia support activities.\nSupervise and coordinate staff responsible for photography, videography, editing, archiving, and media distribution.\nCoordinate and schedule photographic assignments to ensure timely coverage of official events, training, documentation, and mission support activities.\nEnsure imagery complies with technical standards, security requirements, and applicable organizational guidelines.\nMaintain and manage photographic equipment, lighting systems, digital storage, and media workstations.\nOversee cataloging, meta data tagging, organization, and secure archiving to digital assets.\nConduct quality control of imagery to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance with operational requirements.\nProvide leadership and support for visual documentation requests, briefings, and multimedia products.\nPrepare reports, logs, and other documentation related to visual media service operations.\nSupervise photographers, videographers, and multimedia personnel as assigned.\nCollaborate with internal tems and stakeholders to identify visual communication and documentation needs.\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with the nature and level of the position.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience in photography, visual media production, multimedia services, or related fields.\nExperience with digital photography, videography, lighting, editing software, and media workflows.\nExperience managing and organizing digital media assets, including cataloging, meta data, and archival processes.\nAbility to supervise or coordinate photographers, videographers, or multimedia teams.\nStrong organizational, communication, time management, and customer service skills.\nMust be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.\nPassport must be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.\nAbility to obtain country-specific visas per the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.\nAbility to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance throughout the duration of deployment.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. \nMust read, speak, and comprehend English to the extent that they can perform the contract requirements and comply with installation emergency procedures.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience working in an austere OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) environment with a multi-national workforce\nA valid driver’s license to legally operate a motor vehicle. Employees may work in office, industrial, warehouse, port, airfield, and outdoor environments and may be exposed to high temperatures, humidity, inclement weather, noise, dust, and uneven terrain. Work schedules may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on operational requirements.\nPhysical Requirements\nRequirements may include prolonged sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
