Analyzes vehicle maintenance data and requirements. Ensures compliance with all applicable USAF mandatory requirements, Performance Work Statement (PWS) and DynCorp ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).\nEssential Responsibilities:\nInitiates and submits an annual and monthly schedule for scheduled maintenance to be performed on all USAF vehicle assets.\n\nMonitor workload and works with supervision to control workflow\n\nMonitors vehicles that come off Vehicle Down for Parts (VDP) and informs supervision of status change to Vehicle down for maintenance status (VDM).\n\nMonitors the status of all Vehicles Down for Parts (VDP), works with Material Control to ensure received parts are entered in the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) records.\n\nEnsures one time repair limits are not exceeded when requesting repair parts.\n\nEnsures recently received vehicles have an acceptance Limited Technical Inspection (LTI) performed within the prescribed guideline.\n\nInitiate and monitor all dispositions LTI.\n\nMaintains and edits all vehicle historical records.\n\nEnsures all applicable vehicle data is entered in to DPAS and provides information upon request.\n\nInitiates all vehicle Material Deficiency Reports (MDR) using JDRS.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:\nMust have excellent organizational skills\n\nMust be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.\n\nPrevious work in DPAS is required or be able to successfully complete required USAF DPAS courses.\n\nPrevious work in the FM&A section preferred\n\nUSAF experience required\n\nMust possess a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation driver’s license.\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.\n\nMust have three years’ experience in an administrative capacity preferably in a vehicle maintenance environment.\n\nBackground in data entry and analysis preferred.\n\nMust have authorization to work in host country.\n\nWork Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:\nWorks in maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.\n\nMay be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment.\n\nWill be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.\n\nPhysically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs. and performing extensive work handling/lifting equipment.\n\nMust be able to travel domestically and internationally.\n\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.\n\nRequired Baseline Requirements:\nA bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR; An associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; 11 years of recent specialized experience\n\nOther Responsibilities:\nSafety - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
