In this role, you’ll lead demand planning and forecasting, playing a critical part in shaping inventory outcomes and supporting business performance. Day to day responsibilities include:\nDeveloping and continuously improving demand forecasts using data, trends, and commercial inputs\nMonitoring forecast accuracy, bias, and volatility to drive improvements\nLeading and contributing to an effective, insight-led S&OP process\nProviding scenarios, risks, and recommendations to support business decisions\nSupporting inventory optimisation and OTB planning with forward-looking insights\nPartnering with D2C, B2B and Operations teams to improve inventory flow and availability\nMaintaining strong data integrity across systems and planning tools\nDelivering clear reporting and translating data into actionable insights\nAbout you..\nYou’re highly analytical and commercial and enjoys working cross-functionally to influence outcomes to drive better decisions, while maintaining strong attention to detail and system discipline.
