The future is bright, and we are very proud of what we are building in South Florida. \nJob Summary:\nThe Post Shift Cleaner is Part time employment, event-based job. Each position ensures a safe and premium guest experience and reports to the Post Supervisor. Hours are approximately 24 hours per week (hours per week vary due to event schedule), mostly nights, weekends, and possibly holidays.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nEnsuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.\nComply with Housekeeping Standard Operating Procedures.\nMust maintain clear communication with supervisor and co-workers to ensure operational success.\nReport any safety issues to the Post Supervisor for assessment.\nGeneral cleaning of assigned areas (rooms, restrooms, concourses, bowl seating).\nWaste removal (clearing waste and recycling receptacles).\nPicking, sweeping and mopping and quality control check of bowl seating.\nQualifications:\nPrior Custodial experience preferred\nCompany Core competencies: work ethic, thriving in adversity, and empathy.\nMust understand and comply with company policies.\nResponds positively to management direction.\nMaintain neat and presentable attire during work hours.\nCommitted to excellent work habits.\nAbility to listen effectively, take and follow instructions.\nAble to work in large crowds.\nExcellent verbal communication and intrapersonal skills.
