Junior QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Software Engineering / Computer Science (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Strong knowledge of manual testing & automation concepts and methodologies (automation tools - Cypress, Playwright)
• Experience in writing and executing test cases and test scenarios
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to support testing activities
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and system workflows
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of performance or security testing basics
• Experience working in Agile environments

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases
• Identify, document, and track bugs effectively
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure product quality
• Assist in maintaining test documentation and reports
• Utilize AI tools to improve testing efficiency and productivity
• Support test automation efforts where applicable
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
