Our service area covers 64 counties and more than 500 communities including the greater St. Louis area\nPosition(s): 1\nHourly Rate Range: $33.53 - $41.89\nRevision Date: 1/1/2019\nArea/Div: 0175\nDUTIES:\nUnder indirect and intermittent supervision, to do work of complex nature in accordance with standard practices and procedures of the Company and requiring the use of good judgment and responsibility, including but not limited to the following:\nPrepare and maintain records of tests performed by Relay field test crews.\nClassify and file prints and job information.\nVerify correctness of as-built prints, to take trouble ticket calls.\nPurchase material and equipment; to provide general clerical and administrative support.\nCollect and assemble various data for analysis and reports; to occasionally perform semitechnical\nassignments and to do related work as required.\nPerform semi-technical assignments and to do related work as required.\nSPECIAL RESPONSIBLITIES:\nUtilize appropriate software and systems in performance of job duties, such as, but not limited to Microsoft Office or other corporate software and web-based programs.\nFor holding as confidential information obtained in connection with duties and relating to\nCompany’s business or personnel, as per the Corporate Compliance Policy and supervisory instruction.\nAccurate compilation of records and reports.\nUtilization of office equipment in the performance of job duties.\nAbility to work in a team environment.\nAbility to adapt to changes in systems, applications and procedures.\nAdhere to strict deadlines.\nSupport operations as assigned with storm damage restoration.\nAble to work independently, manage changing priorities and accomplish multiple, detailed tasks with the ability to handle peak and deadline driven workloads.\nCONTACTS:\nWith personnel at all levels of the organization, in addition to nonemployees as well (vendors, customers, etc.).\nPersonal, telephone, and radio contact with engineering, supervision and field test crews in connection with data requests and clarification.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAssociate’s Degree from an accredited college, university or junior college or three years of related experience.\nMust earn a recommended score on the EEI Data Entry Test and the Clerical Aptitude Battery (BCAB).\nThree (3) years of experience as an Ameren Operations Associate I or Ameren Operations Associate II, or equivalent experience.\nTechnical requirement: Successfully complete three courses with a grade of C or higher at an accredited university, college or junior college leading towards an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Technology, or similar course as approved by supervision.
