At Ameren, we invest in you, so you can power the quality of life you want.\nVisit our Benefits & Perks Page for more information on benefits provided to regular, full-time employees.\nSupport workplace moves, additions, and changes across multiple Ameren facilities while gaining exposure to facility planning and space management processes.\nAssist the team with interior renovation and new construction projects by participating in furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) selection, reviewing product options, and learning how purchasing recommendations are developed.\nCollaborate with project teams to help develop design concepts, prepare project documentation, understand client requirements, and contribute to project cost estimating and budgeting activities.\nLearn about facility planning standards and regulatory requirements by assisting with the review of floor plans to help identify compliance considerations.\nSupport the development of facility programming documents and block plans while building an understanding of space planning methodologies.\nAssist in maintaining and updating facility occupancy and space planning information under the guidance of experienced team members.\nUtilize the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) to support FF&E work request tracking and help maintain space and occupancy data.\nParticipate in routine space audits to learn inventory management practices and assist with maintaining records related to furniture, signage, graphics, storage equipment, and overall asset conditions.\nSupport the development and maintenance of FF&E standards while gaining insight into workplace design and operational best practices.\nPartner with Facilities team members on special projects and other assignments that provide opportunities for professional growth and hands-on learning.\nOther duties as assigned\nCompensation:\nWe take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the salary offered.\n$21.00 -
