This position requires is best suited for professionals who enjoy being onsite, coordinating construction activities firsthand, and supporting project execution in real time.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as a regular onsite presence to support daily construction activities and project execution. \nProvide administrative and technical management assistance for construction projects, ensuring successful delivery of energy savings to public, institutional, government, and commercial clients. \nAssist with coordinating field activities, managing project schedules, tracking progress, preparing quality and compliance reports, and facilitating communication between site teams and internal stakeholders. \nHelp manage vendors and subcontractors in the field, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and customer expectations. \nMaintain and update project schedules, monitor critical path activities, and track open issues with a strong focus on onsite progress and resolution. \nAssist with scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing special inspections and inspections conducted by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), often requiring onsite attendance. \nPerform additional duties as needed to support project teams and field operations.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAssociates degree in construction management or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.\nMinimum of five (5) years of construction project management or construction-related experience. \nAdditional Qualifications:\nCurrent OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification. \nCurrent First Aid and CPR Certification. \nExperience with Procore software. \nProficiency in MS Project. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. \nStrong organizational skills, proactive work style, and demonstrated OSHA compliance experience. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams. \nComfortable working in active construction environments and adapting to frequent location changes. \nAmeresco challenges the brightest, most talented, and creative individuals in the industry by providing an environment that fosters initiative and achievement.
