This position is based in Atlanta, GA.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide daily construction, administrative and technical management of renewable construction projects delivering energy savings for public, institutional, government and commercial customers.\nAssist the Senior Project Manager as required with project accounting, budgeting, project schedule and tracking, reporting quality management and internal communications.\nEnsure compliance with Company’s financial policies and procedures to include revenue recognition policies and project set up rules. Serve and assist as a liaison between the business office and operations.\nDirect interface with Ameresco customers managing customer service, relationships and contractual obligations.\nAssist the Engineering and Development team and the Senior Project Manager in project design and development including scope, subcontractor selection, cost estimation, installation and project scheduling.\nRegularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates to forecast estimates through to project completion for reasonableness against plans and actual expense rate.\nReview subcontractor and vendor bids solicited by the Senior Project Manager to help determine scope, schedule, timely delivery for all project related materials, equipment and construction services.\nAssist the Senior Project Manager in managing vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality control, project delivery on time and on budget while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.\nDirectly manage construction managers (site supervisors) as assigned to ensure quality control, project delivery on time and on budget while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.\nMaintain and update project schedules to reflect current information, monitor critical path activities and tracking of outstanding items.\nProvide a detailed 2 week look schedule to facilitate customer coordination and planning.\nAssist the Senior Project Manager in managing project expenditures and job cost accounting processes: including accuracy, documentation, approvals, payment reporting, monthly forecasting and tracking.\nEnsure compliance with company, industry, customer and jurisdictional safety standards, practices and codes.\nTravel as required.\nPerform other duties as required.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of five years of construction project management experience.\nAbility to review confidential US security information.\nAdditional Qualifications:\nCompletion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education preferred.\nDemonstrated work experience with several of the following energy efficiency disciplines - direct digital energy controls systems, variable frequency drives, high efficiency motors, central plant chiller and boiler installations, lighting retrofits, renewable energy technology, warranty and service requirements preferred.\nProven experience with OSHA safety standards, mechanical and electrical systems development, engineering, and project management regulations, practices, and codes.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and foster positive business relationships.\nStrong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills.\nProficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project.\nValid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state.\nAmeresco challenges the brightest, most talented, and creative individuals in the industry by providing an environment that fosters initiative and achievement.
