Explore opportunities to make a meaningful impact while growing your career with a company at the forefront of energy innovation.\nAmeresco has a new opportunity for a Project Controls Scheduler to join Ameresco’s Federal Solutions Team supporting Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) projects throughout the United States. This position is based in Knoxville, TN.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.\nResource and cost loads schedules when required.\nProvide weekly/monthly schedule updates for all projects.\nReport status of schedule to project staff and company management.\nProvide project controls expertise and management of project controls processes.\nPrepares progress reports on project status, both costs and schedule.\nAssist with internal cost reporting and forecasting.\nEnsure compliance with company, industry, trade, regulatory and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes.\nCultivate and maintain positive business relationships.\nPerform other duties as required.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in scheduling and cost controls.\nAbility to review confidential US security information.\nAdditional Qualifications:\nCompletion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education preferred.\nExperience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 scheduling for general construction projects and understands construction sequencing and logic preferred.\nGovernment construction experience preferred.\nRenewable Energy construction scheduling experience preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete assignments\nExcellent organization skills including ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent verbal, written, computer communication and technical presentation skills.\nValid Driver’s License in good standing, issued by resident state required.\nMay require flexibility for ‘on call’ support or varied schedule needs.\nAmeresco challenges the brightest, most talented, and creative individuals in the industry by providing an environment that fosters initiative and achievement.
