We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee quality programs on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), or General Services Administration (GSA) federal projects. This position will initially be based in Denver, Colorado.\nJob Responsibilities:\nManage the project Quality Control (QC) Plan per contract requirements.\n\nExecute the Three-Phases of Quality Control.\n\nPerform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing.\n\nCoordinate with Superintendents, SSHOs, and subcontractors on new Definable Features of Work (DFOW).\n\nReview and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation\n\nTrack and resolve deficiencies through corrective actions and follow-up inspections.\n\nMaintain daily reports, inspection logs, and quality records.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMinimum of five (5) years of professional construction experience.\n\nMinimum of one (1) year serving in a management role on commercial construction projects with oversight for quality control.\n\nCurrent C-QCM certification at time of hire is required.\n\nAdditional Qualifications:\nExperience serving as QCM on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects is preferred.\n\nStrong knowledge of UFGS specifications, quality control plans, and federal construction requirements is preferred.\n\nProficient with Construction Management Software (e.g. Procore, Newforma, etc).\n\nMust be proficient in current Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and able to use independently.\n\nMust use Bluebeam Revu or similar and know how to manipulate PDF documents and drawings.\n\nStrong communication, documentation, and leadership skills\n\nThe anticipated base salary range for this role is $92,000 - $134,000 (presented in good faith). In addition to base pay, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and may be eligible for performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity, depending on the role.\nActual pay will depend on factors such as internal equity, skills, experience, education, certifications, and location.
