The Senior Project Manager, ESPC is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering complex energy performance and infrastructure modernization projects. The position serves as the single point of accountability for project execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and client requirements. The role combines project leadership, financial oversight, technical expertise, stakeholder management, and team development.\nOverview:\nThe Senior Project Manager leads all phases of Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) projects, from project initiation and planning through construction, commissioning, turnover, and close-out. The individual coordinates multidisciplinary teams that may include engineers, consultants, subcontractors, commissioning specialists, and internal support personnel. Success requires balancing client expectations, technical requirements, commercial objectives, and operational performance.\nIn addition to delivering projects, the position plays a strategic role in maintaining customer relationships, managing risk, ensuring contractual compliance, and supporting future business opportunities through successful project outcomes.\nResponsibilities:\nProject Leadership and Execution\nThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning and delivering projects from concept to completion.
