technologies, digital solutions and software implementation\n\nRequired Qualifications- University degree in Management, Economics or IT\r\n- 3+ years experience in business analysis in any of the following spheres: Banking, IT or Telecommunication\r\n- Ability to analyze complex objectives and re-formulate them as simple tasks\r\n- Ability to synthesize opinions and viewpoints and offer universal solutions\r\n- Ability to document and visualize business needs and requirements in a clear, intelligible and practical manner\r\n- Strong knowledge of requirements management and its modern techniques such as User Stories and Use Cases\r\n- Understanding and practical application skills in banking technologies and services\r\n- Understanding of basic concepts of UI/UX\r\n- Experience in business processes and notations such as BPMN or UML\r\n- Knowledge of Web Services and REST API, Microservice architecture (will be a plus)\r\n- Experience with databases with a knowledge of SQL, extracting data you need by yourself (will be a plus)\r\n- Knowledge of the functionality and main logic of the AS Bank system (will be a plus)\r\n- Knowledge of SDLC, experience in iterative development mode, understanding Scrum framework\r\n- Commitment, accuracy, systemic approach to work\r\n- Fluency in Armenian, professional working proficiency in Russian and English
