Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or platform engineering\r\n- 3+ years in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, Solution/Data Architect)\r\n- Experience with enterprise-scale data platforms, preferably in regulated environments\r\n- Experience working in Agile / Agile@Scale delivery models\r\n- Data Warehouse and Data Lake architectures (ODS, DDS, Data Marts)\r\n- On-prem and hybrid data platforms. frameworks, orchestration, and SQL/data modeling\r\n- Streaming and batch data processing concepts\r\n- Understanding of cloud data services and Kubernetes at architecture level\r\n- Data security, access control, metadata, lineage, and data quality concepts\r\n- Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements (PII,
