deployment processes.\n\nContinuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): \nMaintain automated continuous integration and continuous delivery systems using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and Jenkins.\nDefine and maintain version control strategy in applications using GitHub.\nWork closely with Project Management and QA/PTE/Production teams on defining deployment strategy to UAT/PTE/PROD environments.\nWrite documentation describing build, deployment, and configuration processes.\nCollaborate with the Performance Test team to identify performance-related issues and opportunities for tuning enhancements.\n\nDevOps Champion: \nDrive, design, develop, implement, and maintain deployment automation from code check-in to production.\nPromote an optimised and simplified lifecycle experience for internal/external partners throughout the deployment pipeline.\nCollaborate with teams using Agile and DevOps principles, with a focus on cultural and people change management.\nContinuously improve software engineering practices within the team, utilising a passion for automation technology.\n\nIncident management and Troubleshooting: \nCollect incident details and conduct the first assessment of the incident.\nCoordinate and schedule troubleshooting calls based on application flow.\nEngage respective support internally and externally, communicate updates on the resolution process, and drive for timely recovery of the test environment\nProvide root cause analyses and manage retrospective actions identified through root cause.\n\nCertificate Management: \nInitiate timely certificate renewal within and client-integrated systems.\nMaintain the organisation's certificate guidelines, and assist in onboarding new certificates.\n\nEnvironment Provisioning: \nManage environment booking, Maintain/Improve environment booking tool, and monitor environment updates; assist in environment preparation as per the project requirements and have overall health checks in place through monitoring and alerts.\nMaintain up-to-date records of environment config, dependencies, and changes.\n\nExperimentation and Innovation: \nChallenge the status quo and seek opportunities to improve and optimise the delivery process.\nIncrease production monitoring and infrastructure automation capabilities.\n\nCross-Functional Relationships: \nCollaborate with efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nJob Dimensions: \nResponsible for supporting multiple environments and platforms, including Red Hat Linux, Windows, Red Hat OpenShift, and related technologies.\nProvides guidance and support to project and regression test environment teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.\nAdvisory role in optimising build, deployment, and automation processes across the business unit.\n\nRequirements: \nMinimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, with preferrable Java/GO development and Middleware administration knowledge.\nExperience managing highly available Red Hat services, Solace Event-Driven services, Apache HTTP servers, Redis and Red Hat OpenShift.\nUnderstanding of Java Virtual Machine configuration and tuning parameters.\nGood knowledge of DevOps concepts, principles, and DevOps CI/CD toolsets (preferably GitHub Actions, ADO Pipelines, Jenkins pipelines).\nGood understanding of Databases such as SQLMI and MongoDB.\nKnowledge of certificate management.\nKnowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Loki, Prometheus).\nGood understanding of RHEL Linux operating systems, Linux shell scripting (ksh, bash), and Python scripting.\nExperience with application build tools (Golang, Ant, Maven), networks, Load Balancers, Firewalls, and version control systems (Git, GitHub).\nStrong communication through Jira and Confluence.\n\nSkills: \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and documentation skills.\nAbility to collaborate across
