compensation decisions, and take disciplinary measures up to and including termination.\n\nJob Dimensions: \nDirect management of the Quality Engineering team within the Digital and Contact Center Technology group.\nResponsible for the execution and oversight of multiple concurrent testing projects.\nManages internal and external resources, including vendors, to support testing activities.\nAccountable for the achievement of testing deliverables within project timelines and budgets.\nProvides advisory and support services to project teams across various lines of business.\n\nRequirements: \nEducation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in QE with 4+ in management roles, with proficient knowledge of the testing life cycle, SDLC, and defect management processes for application testing and support.\n5+ years of experience in automation or an equivalent technical role, with hands-on expertise in test automation tools (Selenium/Robot Framework, Parasoft SOAtest, Postman, Rest Assured, Cucumber, or similar).\nExperience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM).\nStrong understanding of QE processes and regulatory requirements.\nExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to express technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nDemonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across teams and influence outcomes.\nCommitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry changes.\n\nNice to have: \nExperienced in IVR testing and familiar with standard IVR tools
