You will build the capabilities that keep our consultants and recruiters\nclient-ready, from onboarding and technical and soft skills to leadership development. This role blends\nfacilitation, instructional design, and learning analytics, and partners closely with HR, delivery teams, and\nbusiness leaders to turn business needs into measurable learning outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nTraining Delivery:\nPlan, schedule, and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and employees in a classroom setting.\nRun structured onboarding and induction programs for fresh graduates and lateral hires, including US client\nculture, communication, and business etiquette.\nFacilitate workshops on soft skills, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and professional\neffectiveness.\nConduct role plays, simulations, and mock interviews to build real-world readiness.\nContent and Program Design:\nDesign and develop training materials, presentations, learner guides, assessments, and learning modules\nusing sound instructional design principles.\nCreate self-paced and interactive content for the Learning Management System (LMS).\nBuild quizzes, case studies, and activities that improve engagement and knowledge retention.\nKeep content current by researching industry trends and modern learning methodologies.\nNeeds Analysis and Stakeholder Partnership:\nWork with HR, business heads, and delivery managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.\nDevelop annual and quarterly training calendars aligned to business priorities.\nCoordinate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors where required.\nMeasurement and Reporting:\nMaintain training records, attendance, feedback, and completion data in the LMS.\nTrack learner progress and measure program effectiveness (for example, Kirkpatrick levels of evaluation).\nPrepare regular training effectiveness and ROI reports for leadership, with clear recommendations.\nCoaching and Culture:\nCoach and mentor junior trainers, interns, and new joiners.\nSupport performance improvement plans with targeted learning interventions.\nChampion a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education,\nCommunication, or a related field.\n3 to 6 years of proven experience in training.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation, facilitation, and public\nspeaking abilities.\nDemonstrated experience in training needs analysis, instructional design, and program evaluation.\nHands-on experience with an LMS and e-learning authoring tools.\nProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.\nStrong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced\nenvironment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience in public speaking, teaching, mentoring, or content creation.\nFamiliarity with presentation tools, video editing software, or e-learning/LMS platforms is an added\nadvantage.\nWhat You Will Gain\nCompetitive compensation and the autonomy to shape the L&D function.\nHands-on ownership of end-to-end corporate training programs.\nExposure to LMS platforms and training analytics.\nClose collaboration with HR leaders, business heads, and global stakeholders.\nContinuous growth in facilitation, instructional design, and leadership skills.\nClear career progression into Senior Trainer, L&D Lead, or Talent Development roles.\nPerks and Benefits\nFun fridays\nTeam parties and engagement events\nFree beverages\nHealth Insurance - Medical coverage of up to ₹2 lakh per annum.\nLeave Travel Allowance (LTA)\nCab Facility for Female Employees\nHow to Apply\nIf you are a passionate learning professional ready to take the next step with a dynamic and growing\norganization, we would love to hear from you.
