In this role, you will leverage hands-on expertise in MDM, networking hardware, and endpoint troubleshooting to power new store openings and maintain high-performing retail systems. Serving as a crucial liaison between store operations, external logistics vendors, and cross-functional technology teams, you will oversee ticket queues and vendor delivery to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime across all locations.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nFacilitate IT hardware deployments across stores, ensuring smooth setup, installation, and functioning of IT systems\nCommunicate and coordinate with vendors for timely and accurate delivery and installation of IT assets.\nProvide incident management support monitoring and managing ticket queues related to IT hardware repairs, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime.\nCollaborate actively with cross-functional teams such as Networking, IT Security, Operations, Help Desk, and POS Support to ensure integrated IT support for retail stores.\nActively participate in new store opening and deployment projects, ensuring all IT requirements are met promptly and efficiently.\nMonitor and address IT hardware-related queries, providing timely solutions to the retail teams.\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor's degree in IT or a related field or a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT hardware deployment and support, preferably in a retail environment. Relevant IT certifications are a plus.\nProficiency in IT applications such as AirWatch MDM, JIRA, Cisco Meraki, Active Directory, iOS/Mobile Support, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Google Workspace.\nFamiliarity with endpoint management basics and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.\nUnderstanding of networking technologies(APs, Routers, Switches) and server management\nSolid understanding of logistics, inventory management, and hardware shipment & receiving.
