Participate and perform field investigations of application issues and interface with field users and management. Participate in application training and in the development of training materials. Perform data analysis and develop reports. Perform application administrative functions. Assist support staff in investigating root cause, resolving application issues and engaging IT as necessary. Participate in efforts with business unit employees to define and build business processes and the functional requirements for associated applications. Participate in the development of application testing and user training plans and materials.Job Description\nWhat You'll Do:\nInvestigate and resolve application issues with moderate direction from senior staff.\nParticipate in application field investigations and interface with field staff.\nParticipate in data analysis.\nParticipate in process design and develop business cases.\nParticipate in application training.\nParticipate in field user group activities.\nPerform application administrative functions with moderate direction from senior staff.\nParticipate in the Development of test plans and testing.\nPartipate in the development of training plans/materials and training.\nParticipate in the collection of user requirements from field users.\nDiscuss technical issues competently with team members and end users.\nExhibit a moderate level of understanding of application functionality and associated business process.\nWhat We Are Looking for:\nEducation requirements are listed below:6 years of experience in IT systems support with High School Diploma or GED. 4 years of experience in IT systems support with Associate Degree in business or IT2 years of experience in IT systems support with Bachelor's Degree in business or IT\nOTHER REQUIREMENTS:\nPhysical demand level is Sedentary\nDemonstrates good listening skills and a sincere understanding of client business needs. Ask questions to clarify understanding. Relates on a personal level; positive friendly and engaging. Outgoing and comfortable in diverse groups. Uses Communications Technology (voicemail, e-mail, Internet) effectively balancing with appropriate face to face communications. Able to read reactions of an audience and adjust delivery style to fit the audience. Able to develop and present business documents and reports clearly, concisely and effectively.
