Key customer contacts/interfaces are managers of the distribution system, planning engineers, area managers, other business units and departments (including transmission, station, P&C, DDC, etc.) customer contractors, and developers and industrial customers. Manages annual O&M and capital budgets.Job Description\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\nEnsure that each employee maintains a customer focused attitude by conveying a thorough understanding of customer expectations and instill the importance of achieving superior customer satisfaction.\nProvide supervision for distribution project design support.\nProvide supervision to design engineers and technicians on projects.\nProvide support to district engineering in designing capital budget or other projects.\nProvide project management oversight and coordination of the work of outside contractors.\nProvide training and ensure usage in standardization of engineering practices and provide liaison between field engineers and in the area of compatible units, standards, designs, etc.\nPromotes and assures standard compliance.\nAssist with the timely restoration of outages during major events, including Incident Command Structure role assigned.\nProvide support for regulatory reporting.\nWhat we are looking for:\nEducation requirements are listed below: Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited institution. degree preference is in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering OR in engineering technology in a program accredited by the Technology Accreditation Commission of the ABET.
