This is a hands-on leadership role for guiding a team of developers across full stack technologies, React.js, Node.js, Postgress database. This candidate will oversee end-to-end development, coordinate with business partners, EAM platform (Maximo), Cloud infrastructure, enterprise integration, CI/CD teams to deliver and maintain a high-quality product. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in modern web applications, Dev-Ops practices.Job Description\nWhat You’ll Do:\nEssential Job Functions & Tasks:\nParticipate in analysis sessions and support business analysts to document application requirements.\n\nArchitect and guide the team on AI solutions to support the portfolio\n\nArchitect and develop responsive front-end applications using React.js.\n\nBuild and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js.\n\nDesign and manage data models and integrations with Postgress database.\n\nCoordinate with cloud infrastructure team to deploy scalable, secure applications using AWS services.\n\nConfigure and maintain the CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.\n\nCollaborate with enterprise integration teams to ensure secure and stable communication between systems.\n\nProvide support for production environments, including root cause analysis, incident management and change management procedures.\n\nCollaborate with IT security teams to implement IAM and access controls.\n\nEnsure adherence to business continuity and disaster recovery standards and planning.\n\nAdditional Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n7+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.\n\nFamiliarity and experience with Agile/Scrum framework.\n\nHands on experience with AI tools\n\nProficient in React.js, Node.js and Postgress SQL.\n\nHands-on experience with AWS Cloud architecture and services.\n\nStrong experience with CI/CD (GitHub), enterprise integration toolsets, and IAM configurations.\n\nUnderstanding of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Requirements:\nAWS certification (Solutions Architect).\n\nExperience with containerization and orchestration concepts.\n\nUtility industry experience preferred.\n\nUnderstanding of ERP systems (Maximo, PeopleSoft, Oracle) and related databases.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nEducation requirements are listed below:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.\n\nWork Experience requirement listed below:\n7 years’ relevant work experience is required.
