The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.\nThe objective of the US Consumer Services Governance Reporting and Analytics team is to establish the Operational Risk and Controls reporting strategy for US Consumer Services, set up a foundational governance structure that ensures operational risks are identified, assessed, and managed in compliance with enterprise Operational Risk Management programs and reporting.\nUS Consumer Services is looking for an Analyst of Reporting and Analytics focused on ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies.\n The Analyst, US Consumer Services Governance will:\nSupport operational risk reporting and analytics functions for US Consumer Services business\n\nAssist in development of aggregate reporting to monitor the performance of risk management initiatives within BU\n\nTrack issues with KRI limits and risk appetite for US Consumer Services to ensure operational risks are managed within agreed thresholds, and leverage these metrics to help detect concerning rises in emerging problems\n\nIdentify trends, themes, insights that indicate emerging risks by analyzing data and trends and sharing insights, better practices, themes, etc. across the enterprise\n\nSupport the implementation of enterprise and operational risk framework to enable effective risk management and decision making in the BU\n\nSupport the internal and external exam management process, working with the Enterprise functions (e.g., data request compilation)\n\nSupport development of BU-specific procedures and additional standards (i.e., escalation protocols), related to the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management programs\n\n Required Qualifications:\n1-2 Years experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function)\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively\n\nAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including extensive formula and pivot table creation. Strong skills in analyzing data with ability to find insights within data and transform into quality scorecards, dashboards, analytical reports\n\nWorking knowledge of Google BigQuery / SQL for data extraction, querying, and analysis is required.
