This role requires a strategic thinker who can bring in efficiencies and effectively partner with key stakeholders, including the SME Sales and AD organization, Oneforce Capabilities, Tech, Control Management, and CEG. The incumbent will also highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance business decision-making processes, while working very closely with Sales, Marketing, Capabilities, Technology, and Analytics teams to drive growth in the sales organization.\nDesign and implement automations for different operational processes across US SME channels.\n\nFoster strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including the SME Sales and AD organization, Oneforce Capabilities, Tech, Control Management, and CEG, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of\n\nHave outstanding knowledge of Python, SQL, and Hive, encompassing data manipulation and statistical modeling/data-mining techniques\n\nAnalyze, deep dive, explore to identify process gaps and problem solve them by collaborating across teams.\n\nDetailed execution of the development, validation and implementation of automated operational solutions with minimal to no manual intervention\n\nOversee and guide contractors and apprentices to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient execution of daily BAU operational tasks.\n\nChallenge status quo, innovate, and harbor strong curiosity. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes by evaluating and challenging existing approaches\n\n Minimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Engineering)\n\nMust Have - High proficiency in Python and SQL, with strong working knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Hive, PySpark, scikit-learn etc.)\n\nProgramming: SQL, SAS, Python/R, Unix scripting, Excel/VBA\n\nExperience in Big Data environment, inclusive of data mining techniques.\n\nExperience applying advanced statistical and/or quantitative techniques to solve business problems\n\nHands-on analytics and machine learning (ML) experience with understanding of data processing and model validation.
